Diego Rivadulla Costa

Diego Rivadulla Costa holds a degree in Hispanic Philology (2012) and in Galician and Portuguese Linguistic and Literary Studies (2014) from the Universidade da Coruña (UDC). He holds a PhD in Literary Studies (2020) with the thesis "Novel and Cultural Memory: the fictionalization of Francoism in Galician narrative (2000-2015)" and a MA on Literature, Culture and Diversity from the same university.

He obtained a training grant at the Parliament of Galicia and a fellowship of the Consello da Cultura Galega at the Casa de Velázquez in Madrid. He worked as a predoctoral research fellow of the Xunta de Galicia at the UDC and he is currently a Professor of Galician language and literature at the University of Deusto. He is a member collaborator of the ILLA Research Group (Investigación Lingüística e Literaria Galega), of the International Association of Galician Studies and of the Red Internacional de Investigación Memoria y Narración. He specializes in Contemporary Galician Literature, Cultural Studies, Iberian Studies and Memory Studies.
