Victor Hugo da Silva Vasconcellos is a PhD candidate in Linguistic Studies at the University of A Coruña, specializing in Galician-Portuguese Philology. His research focuses on contrastive grammar between Brazilian Portuguese and Galician, using a functionalist grammar approach. He is also a PhD candidate in Literature at Mackenzie Presbyterian University (São Paulo, Brazil), where his research investigates ideological positions regarding the Galician language in Galicia, within the framework of discourse and text meaning construction. He holds a master's degree in Portuguese Language from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, where he also earned his bachelor's degree in Literature. He has experience in primary, higher, and corporate education, as well as in educational consulting. His work focuses on Literature, with an emphasis on Materialist Discourse Analysis and Contrastive Grammar.
