The volume has been edited by Diego Rivadulla, researcher of the ILLA group, and Mari Luz Suárez, professor and director of the Cátedra de Estudos Galegos da Universidade de Deusto.
The monograph, published by the journal Cuadernos Europeos de Deusto, brings together eight studies by various specialists on the Galician, Catalan and Basque contexts. Among the contributions on the Galician language is the article by Pilar García Negro, honorary professor at ILLA, entitled "Utilización político-mediática de conceitos sociolingüísticos na linguaxe actual", as well as other works by Roberto Samartim (UDC), Lucia Cernadas (University of Oxford) and Carsten Sinner (University of Leipzig).
