Revista Galega de Filoloxía (RGF) represents the commitment of ILLA and the University of A Coruña to the publication of new research in Galician and Portuguese language and literary studies, promoting greater awareness of Galician and enhancing the language’s status in society. The journal also includes reviews of works relating to linguistics in general, and in relation to Galician and Portuguese in particular.

Issue 16 is now available online via the open source Open Journal System (OJS), complete with DOI and e-ISSN identifiers. Coming issues of the journal will appear in both print and digital editions, before moving to an exclusively online format.

The current issue features articles by Noemí Basanta, María José Carvalho, Sónia Duarte, Maria Aldina Marques, Estefanía Mosquera Castro, Miguel Anxo Solla Portela and Xavier Guinovart, together with reviews by Estefanía Mosquera Castro, Xoán López Viñas and Xosé Manuel Sánchez Rei.
