Professor Biscainho's conference, ILLA member, is titled "A patrimonialização do teatro galego e a construção do seu relato historiográfico".
The conference is organized by Lisbon's Centro de Estudos de Teatro and it will be presented by Carlos Callón, from Lisbon's Instituto Espanhol.
In his intervention, Professor Biscainho will provide a summary of the main building processes of the historiographical narrative of contemporary Galician theatre and it will focus on the institutional reluctances to the patrimonialization of this artistic activity, which holds a great cohesive power.
The event will take place at 17:00 h at the Anfiteatro III (Room A201) at the School of Arts and Humanities.
